Job Description
Work in this class involves the initiation and organization of Child Support Enforcement (IV-D) duties. Interview new applicants, build new cases, initiate location process, and schedule customer appointments. Interviewing customers who have been sanctioned with DSS for non-cooperation with Child Support and lifting this sanction in the ACTS system once all requirements have been met by the custodial parent. Gather necessary information to establish paternity and support. Establish voluntary paternity and support orders through court system. Assist in preparing documents and evidence for court.
