This position will evaluate, authenticate, and communicate data to the supervisory teams, participate in program planning and development, provide recommendations for improvements and efficiencies, develop and conduct relevant training, and identify opportunities for collaboration. This employee is responsible for the collection and analysis of relevant data/information, and the preparation of documents and reports for communication internally and externally to the agency. This position reports to the Director of Social Services. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of data collection, analysis and program evaluation in order to maintain and strengthen program performance standards. Candidates must possess superior organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and management skills. Must be able to perform duties independently with minimal supervision. This position must also demonstrate competency in the use of Microsoft Excel programs. Work experience in social services and in the use of Client Services Data Warehouse is preferred. Minimum Qualifications:  A master's degree in public or human services administration or a human services programmatic fields preferably with course work in human services planning, psychology, sociology, or social work and one year of experience in human service program planning, administration, and/or research and evaluation; or graduation from a four-year college or university and three years of administrative or consultative experience, research evaluation and statistical application in the human services field in a human service program; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
