Income Maintenance Caseworker II

This position is located in the Adult Unit in the Income Maintenance Program area. The primary purpose of this unit is to administer the policies of the Adult Medicaid programs and to assist people with accessing benefits available through the programs administered by the workers in this unit. The primary purpose of the Income Maintenance Caseworker II (IMC II) is to determine eligibility for program benefits through the Adult Medicaid programs. The person in this position takes and processes applications, reviews cases for continuing eligibility, and reacts to changes in situation as they are learned to determine the effect of the change on the case. This person also responds to information from other sources and reports generated by automated matches and other sources to determine the effect on the case, as well as to reply to requests for information.
