Brunswick County Department of Social Services is accepting applications for an Income Maintenance Caseworker III – Quality Assurance for the Family and Children Medicaid Program to join our Economic Services Training and Quality Assurance unit. - Conduct second party case reviews and report case review findings to supervisor
- Trouble shoot, send cases to help desk when appropriate, maintain and monitor help desk log
- Compiles and enters data into NC FAST and county document management system
- Cover vacant caseloads when staff are out as requested by management
- Acts as a hearing officer in resolving client appeals
- NC FAST Core Functions Certification
- NC FAST FNS Certification (or ability to obtain certification)
