Process all incoming and outgoing mail to ensure time- sensitive deadlines are met.   Completing deliveries and pick up at other departments and processing that information upon return to the office.  Processing incoming faxes throughout the day in a timely manner.  Operate a multiline switchboard is required and use the page system.  Greet and implement intake process for clients and other receptionist-related duties when needed.  Must work well in a team unit and diverse environment with excellent customer service and communication skills while maintaining confidentiality. Includes, but is not limited to, clerical support for the Units within the Agency.  Fluency in Spanish desired.   This person must be a team player and have excellent communications skills, computer knowledge and be willing to learn and handle change.   This position is required to perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.   Minimum Qualifications:  High School Graduate and one year of clerical experience.  Computer skills are mandatory.   A valid NC driver’s license desired.   Salary: Salary grade 55; $31,577   Position Closing Date: October 28, 2021 @ 5:00pm   Chatham County is an equal opportunity employer
