Job Description
Receive all inquiries and reports alleging child abuse, neglect, and/or dependency as well as all reports alleging adult abuse, neglect, and/or exploitation. Screen Child Protective Services reports with supervisor in accordance with state policy. Work independently to complete Child Protective Services case start-up paperwork for each new case. Complete records requests for other agencies. Maintains intake log. Performs other job-related duties as needed.
