Job Description
The worker in this position maintains an ongoing caseload of up to130 families receiving subsidized child care assistance. The worker will complete all initial applications and a recertification for current cases, which entail interviewing the client, assessing the family’s need, establishing a care plan to fit the need of the family and determining parental fees, if applicable. A review of clients’ eligibility is completed when a change is reported or during the annual recertification.
