Social Worker III (Adult Services)

As part of the Adult Services Unit, work involves providing intensive social work services in serious and complicated cases.

This position provides case management services and provides community resources to adults who require a nursing home level of care. This position also provides protective services to vulnerable adults who have been abused, neglected, and/or exploited.
