Social Worker III – Foster Care

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The employee in this position will be responsible for duties primarily in the Family and Children’s Services Unit area, such as provision of foster care case management services, investigation of alleged child abuse and neglect, in-depth assessment of family dynamics and needs assessment and treatment of clients using approaches primarily of a crisis, supportive and behavioral nature, serving as an expert witness at court hearings, providing services for children in foster care and other duties as assigned
