Job Description
- Person County Government is recruiting for a Staff Development Specialist I (2 positions) for the Economic Services division of Social Services. The primary purpose of this position is to provide training and technical expertise to all programs across the Economic Services Division consisting of Family & Children’s Medicaid, Adult Medicaid and Food & Nutrition Services.  It will further provide the necessary feedback to our team and supervisors to ensure staff development. Minimum Education and Experience
- Training and Experience:   1.   Minimum Training and Experience Required: Graduation from a four-year college or university and two years of experience in a human service program, counseling; training, or in an administrative support role in a staff development and training office; or graduation from high school and five years of progressively responsible experience directly related to training in the subject or specialty area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  2.    Additional Training/Experience:  None. 3.    Equivalent Training and Experience:
