Processing Assistant V

This position is responsible for clerical support for all eligibility units, as well as performing various duties for the units. Outside of basic clerical duties this is position is also responsible for maintaining EA/GA Spreadsheets for Work First and reconciling EA/GA entries with vouchers on financial reports received; verifying CIP and LIEAP vouchers; conduct Work First client purchases; order agency supplies; managing agency supply closet; assist at front desk lobby as needed; operate agency switchboard as backup; prep files; manage NCFAST work ques; assign applications as received; assist with special projects.
