Business Services Division Director

This recruitment may close any time after the first review or when a sufficient number of qualified applications have been received.   General Definition of Work Performs difficult administrative, financial, personnel and managerial responsibilities daily. Develops, prepares, presents and manages the Human Services annual budget. The position provides leadership, coordination, and management in the areas of fiscal operations, reporting and analytics, account operations, program integrity & data management, customer service, training, special initiatives, and process improvements. The work and outputs of this position and the unit are preformed and executed under the general supervision of the Social Services and Human Services Directors.  

Minimum Education / Experience requirements

Education and Experience: Requires bachelor’s degree in public or business administration, accounting, finance or a closely related field and Four years of administrative experience participating in the planning and management of a business or governmental program including budgeting. Degree must be from an appropriately accredited college or university.
