  • Providing quality assurance for the post care unit by monitoring fidelity to the service model that works with children and families who have exited foster care, or achieved permanency through adoption, reunification, guardianship/ custody.

  • Partner with the Post Care Unit, Success Coach Services replication sites, and stakeholders/funders/grantors to carry out training and implementation of Success Coach Services, monitor fidelity of the model, remove barriers to effective implementation, track data, and provide quarterly reporting, or other grant requirements.

  • Aggregates data for outcomes and grant management.
  RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analytics and Quality Assurance for post care unit- monitor fidelity, coordinate required maintenance of database, monthly data reports, facilitate program review and develop data informed reports as needed to share outcomes and program updates.
  • Monitor fidelity to the service model- complete monthly case reviews, aggregate and track data from reviews, extract data needed by Supervisor, or Program Manager as requested, maintains practice profile and QA tool and continually assess for program efficiencies.
  • Project management- maintain deliverables, outcomes, and outputs for each grant and project. Completes grant reporting quarterly, or at the required frequency for each. Develops and maintains grant budgets. Maintain communication with grantors to ensure compliance. Maintain stakeholder communication and set up meetings when necessary for project management. Maintain frequent communication with the Program Manager and Supervisor to ensure they are up-to-date on any project developments and updates with projects.
  • Completes all budgets in partnership with the post care supervisor and business office
  • Replication Support- Provides replication training and coordination of such to staff and private agencies. Develops technical assistance agenda for ongoing replication support, monthly. Facilitates the technical assistance meetings with the replication sites to provide guidance, information to ensure adherence to the fidelity of the model and implementation of services. Maintain communication with DHHS staff to ensure implementation and readiness of related activities for statewide replication. Partner with DHHS to assist with training and implementation of SCS model across Post Permanency Support Services contract sites. Assist in any other ways necessary for implementation and fidelity.
  • Supports post care unit- provides additional support, as needed, to post care unit to include: event coverage, research, identify trainings or grants available, presentation of services, outreach, or coordination of outreach and any other activities as deemed necessary by the program manager and/or supervisor.
  • Assist with any replication and/or training, workshop, group/event, or presentations as needed by the unit.
  QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master’s degree from an accredited school of social work, business administration, public administration, accounting, or related field and 1 year of experience in program or business office management, including fiscal/ budgeting responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of social work, business administration, public administration, accounting, or related field and 3-years of experience in program or business office management, including fiscal/ budgeting responsibilities
  ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Valid Driver’s License with a safe driving record
  • Thorough knowledge of social work practices, principles, and techniques and the ability and skill to implement same
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and work collaboratively with internal and external partners
  • Knowledge of community and educational resources
  • This position is considered light work; lifting up to 20 pounds.
  PREFERENCES:
  • Public speaking experience
  • Grant writing and reporting experience
  • Social Work experience, or related field to include:
    • Understanding of the impact and effects of childhood trauma
    • Understanding of the child welfare continuum, to include child maltreatment, foster care, and adoption
    • Understanding of adoption related dynamics and challenges
