Job Description
This position is primarily responsible for quality assurance and timeliness within the Medicaid Eligibility Unit. This includes training new workers, providing supervision and assistance to the Medicaid Unit, and completing required documentation for county compliance with state and federal performance requirements. Position is expected to assist with back-up for absent workers or vacant positions.
