Child Support Agent II

This position is located in the Child Support Services Unit in the Income Maintenance Program area.  The primary purpose of this unit is to assist families in locating non-custodial parents, establishing paternity, and establishing and enforcing court orders for financial and medical support for children. The primary purpose of the Child Support Agent II (CSA II) is to provide child support services to public assistance and non-public assistance clients in locating non-custodial parents, establishing paternity, establishing support orders, and enforcing and/or modifying support and medical support orders.
