Income Maintenance Technician

Staff in this position answers calls on the Agency's switchboard and forwards calls to correct worker or department, preps files for scanning, keeps record of boxes to be retrieved from offices for prepping and scanning, checks courier mail each morning and distributes mail, sorts mail from the post office and distributes and is the back up for the front desk.  Also, any additional clerical duties as needed.
